As the former founder and owner of Glaze Donuts and Bourbon Street Beignet, Jule Hazou had a reputation for creating quality savory goods and desserts for over two decades. However, his personal experience with Celiac disease led him to shift his focus to gluten-free products. After researching and experimenting with different ingredients and recipes, Jule created a line of gluten-free desserts that are tasty and healthy. Our desserts are perfect for anyone on a gluten-free diet who doesn't want to compromise on flavor.

The goal is to have our products available in, cafes, universities, health food stores, natural food markets, supermarkets, and other retail outlets.
